Our website only delivers in U.S continental or Canada and assures the use of the best possible courier agencies to deliver your products. Currently, we do not ship internationally outside of United States or Canada, unless we make special arrangements with you.  We want to provide our shipping services at your convenience. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you specify exact location when asked for full street address, city, zip code, and country during checkout. Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. If you want to change shipping address of order, make sure to contact us before product is shipped. We are unable to redirect orders to a different address once items have been dispatched. Most products will be ready to ship within 24 hours from confirmation with standard shipping of 2-5 business days. Other products will have a given ready to ship day depending on the stock availability, stitching or other commodities needed. Customized orders will be shipped variously, depending on the work to be done. The delivery times are only estimates and orders may experience delays during periods of high traffic. Final shipping time will depend on the product you are buying. Please refer to Policies page for cancellations. There are no shipments made from the store on weekends and public holidays, since the courier doesn’t operate pick-up those days. If product was ordered on the weekend, the product will be shipped next business day. There are no deliveries made on Sundays. Deliveries are generally made on Mondays to Saturdays during working hours of courier companies. For security and to ensure the parcel reaches the intended recipient, some packages dispatched will require a signature on receipt. Some shipments will be left at door if no one is there to answer when delivered. Our primary courier agents UPS / USPS / FedEx will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases. Be aware when your package will arrive with the tracking number given, as it is not our responsibility if the product is lost after safely delivering to the given address. 


Once order is confirmed, we will send you another email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the courier. We will provide you with a tracking number through email, which can be checked through the courier company website for the expected date of delivery. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24-48 hours to become active on the courier websites to check status updates on package. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple packages depending on the size of the products. Products are usually shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address, depending on the size and quantity.


We will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any damages to the package after delivered to the customer’s address. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. If the package is lost in transit, we will either reprocess/reship or refund the order within 14 days. At times, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur during the shipping process. We will try our best to provide the most convenience we can.
